Mental Health & Wellbeing – Mindfulness CPD

Combatting the Comfort Zone – Martial Arts Stress Relief

In this session, architect Priya Aiyer from Mace will demonstrate basic moves from different martial arts, such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Tae kwon do, Karate and Muay Thai.
Priya will explain the benefits of the Bodycombat exercises in terms of both physical and mental wellbeing, and share her story on how becoming a group fitness instructor during the pandemic has helped both herself and other participants to battle stress and frustration during challenging times.
