CIOB Assist can help anyone who either is or has at any time been a member of the CIOB and their dependent families.

Notice is hereby given that the thirty first ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of The Chartered Institute of Building Benevolent Fund (CIOB Assist) will be convened on Tuesday 25th July 2023, CIOB Offices, 1 Arlington Square, Bracknell RG12 1WA (and via Microsoft Teams) at 10:00 for the purposes set out below.

  3. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 20th July 2022 (see note 1, below).
  4. To consider the Report of the Directors and Trustees for the year ended 31st December 2022.
  5. Appointment of Auditors.
  6. Election of Directors to the Board.
  7. Any other business.
  8. Date of the next Annual General Meeting.

Any member wishing to attend the AGM via Microsoft Teams on 25th July at 10:00am, is asked to contact Emma McKay: emckay@ciob.org.uk at least 24 hours prior to the AGM, and provide an email address for receiving joining instructions.
